Cutting similarity

It was with something of a shock — or was it something of wonder? — that I discovered that I’ve one more thing in common with Dr Lee Wei Ling (no further elaboration needed, K!) than just being woman and Singaporean.

She cuts her own hair! I learned this while going thru an old issue of the Sunday Times (again no elaboration needed for those who follow this blog). It’s the Nov 7 edition.

Taradee! I also cut my own hair. And I’m not saying this to curry favour with the powerful people of this country, as I’ve already written about this habit of mine here and here.

Indeed, I’m not the only Singaporean woman who does that, as my older post on the subject revealed.

Indeed, this might be one of the defining traits of a Singaporean working girl, n’est pas?

Maybe with this cutting similarity, we should form a clique or a sorority!
